Elias Voss started reviewing CS:GO demos in 2017 for a Berlin-based analytics shop that sold round-win models to three ESL Pro League rosters. He moved to editorial in 2021. The work has stayed the same either way: pull the demo, chart the ADR splits by side, check whether the price on the map handicap survives contact with the T-side numbers. He has logged over 4,000 CS2 maps and every Dota 2 International since TI7. At Megapari he owns the esports vertical and signs off on the map-handicap and first-blood copy before it ships. Elias covered BLAST Premier and the PGL Majors on-site through 2023 and 2024, and still runs pistol-round conversion splits for the eight tier-one CS2 rosters every patch cycle.
